consequently direct the 3rd and 4th respondents herein to furnish the copy of the Loan agreement with regard to the petitioners above said vehicle in favour of the petitioner herein.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent, Regional Transport Officer at Sholinganallur Regional Transport Office not to effect any name transfer relating to the vehicle of the petitioner bearing Registration No.TN-14-R-6076 and direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to furnish the Loan Agreement which the petitioner had entered into 3rd and 4th respondents. 2.The petitioner had purchased a Maruti Car bearing Registration No.TN-14-R6076 on the basis of an agreement entered into with the 3rd and 4th respondents who gave the finance for purchase of the said car. The loan had to be repaid in 52 equal monthly installments. It is contended on behalf of the 3rd and 4th respondents that the petitioner had paid only eight installments. The 3rd and 4th respondents had therefore taken possession of the vehicle.
3.The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction against the 2nd respondent not to effect any name transfer and to furnish a copy of the loan agreement. No direction can be given against the 2nd respondent not to effect any name transfer. The copy of the loan agreement had been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner in Court today by the learned counsel for the 3rd and 4th respondents. The relief sought in the writ petition had been redressed.
4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
