Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.7272 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13534 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.BALASUBRAMANIAM, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 16.12.2020 in Crl.MP.No.7272 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.13534 of 2020 modified the conditions imposed by the petitioner. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail and charge sheet has been filed.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 16.12.2020 alone stands relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
