These petitions have been filed to restore the Writ Appeals, which were dismissed for non-prosecution on 06.02.2023.

2. We have gone through the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions and after hearing the learned counsel appearing for both sides, we are inclined to allow these petitions.

Accordingly, these petitions are ordered.
