Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition that "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Sunday and Saturday at 10.30 am. until further orders" condition imposed by this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.14349 of 2020 dated on 15.09.2020 and or else the petitioner will be put into irreparable loss and hardship.

O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14349 of 2020 dated 15.09.2020, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Sunday and Saturday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14349 of 2020 dated 15.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month, until further orders.

5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
