2. The prayer sought for is absurd. The petitioner himself is not clear about the prayer, in view of the fact that it is stated that a direction is to be issued against the first respondent to claim the amounts, if any due to them. Whether there was any due or not, that itself is not clarified by the petitioner. Even in such case, it is a contractual obligation, which is to be adjudicated before the proper forum. High Court cannot adjudicate such disputed facts in a writ proceedings. The petitioner claims that the statements are to be forwarded. Verification of account statements or other relevant documents are to be considered by the competent forum or authority for the purpose of forming an opinion. Such an exercise cannot be done by the High Court. This being the factum, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority or forum for the purpose of adjudication of disputed issues in the manner known to law.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
