ORDER

The petitioner-Corporation has challenged the order dated 08.10.2014 passed by the second respondent predominantly on the ground that the copies of the impugned order that was passed under Section 8F of the Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, was not served on them.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending the writ petition, the impugned order was served and they have also challenged the same before the Tribunal. He has also filed a memo dated 30.08.2021 to this effect.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no effective orders can be passed in the prayer sought for in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
