After hearing Learned Counsel for both sides, this Court by order dated 25.07.2022 has already disposed the Writ Petition. 2.
It is accepted by the Learned Counsel for both sides that though the Petitioner is entitled to the benefits granted in the order dated 25.07.2022 in W.P. No. 26785 of 2016 passed by this Court, the description of the Third and Fourth Respondents has been mistakenly made as 3.

In such circumstances, accepting the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit in this Miscellaneous Petition, the Petitioner is permitted to carry out necessary https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
amendments in the cause-tile of the Writ Petition, and the time period period for the concerned authority to pass appropriate orders fixing the revised pension of the Petitioner along with the working-sheet showing its calculation and payment of arrears of the differential amount of pension is extended till 31.03.2024 in that regard.
In the result, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly. 18.12.2023 pal Note : (i) Issue order copy by 08.01.2024.
(ii) Registry is directed to issue fresh amended copy of the final order in the Writ Petition to the Petitioner and the Respondents without collecting any extra charges.
