O R D E R

The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to vacate the schedule mentioned property within the time stipulated by this Court by considering petitioner notice dated 15.02.2019.

2. The petitioner herein being owner of the premises bearing D.No.25/59, 4th Main Road, 7th Avenue, Banu Nagar, Ambattur, Chennai has let out the premises to the first respondent to a run fair price shop. He wanted back the possession of the property on termination of the lease agreement, but the first respondent delayed to vacate the premises. Due to enormous delay to vacate the premises, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. The 1st respondents herein has reported that within 45 days from today he will vacate the premises of the petitioner herein.

4. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
