ORDER

This petition has been filed for issuing a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to issue a site visit certificate to the petitioner, in order to enable the petitioner to submit the same, to participate in the e-Tender called for by the second respondent.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation (TNCSC) based on instructions submitted that the site visit certificate will be issued to the petitioner today.

3. Recording the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connecting Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, are closed.
