By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 09.02.2024 presented on 15.02.2024.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he complained of some irregularities in the residents welfare association, in this regard, the petitioner has given a representation to the first respondent to take action. However, the same has not been considered. Hence, he seeks a direction.

5. The Special Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered by the respondents in a reasonable time.

6. Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, after enquiring necessary parties, if necessary to proceed as per law.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
