This petition has been filed seeking to restrain the respondent from dispossessing the petitioners/appellants from the suit schedule property being the subject matter in O.S.No.2 of 2018 on the file of learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vellore and pending disposal of the CMP.No.11695 of 2025 in A.S.SR.No.139850 of 2025.
