This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the Crime No.59 of 2013 on the file of first respondent / Inspector of Police, City Crime Branch, Coimbatore City, and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed; the charge sheet has also been filed.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
