ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.8(b) in Crl.O.P.No.656 of 2026 dated 11.02.2026. __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police objected this petition on the ground that the petitioner has complied with the conditions only for twenty-nine days. 3.The learned counsel the petitioner submitted that Saturdays and Sundays have not been counted which would add twelve days. Therefore, the petitioner has complied the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court in para No.8(b) in Crl.O.P.No.656 of 2026 dated 11.02.2026 is modified to the effect that " the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court weekly once i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders". The other conditions remain unaltered.
