This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 15.02.2023 made in W.P.No.4516 of 2023.

2. Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has submitted that as directed by this Court enquiry was conducted and an order has been passed on 10.10.2023 cancelling the document in question which was considered to be a fraudulent one on the application submitted by the petitioner. A copy of the said order also has been placed before this Court.

3. Having perused the said order passed by the respondent on 10.10.2023, this Court feels that, the order passed by this Court since has been complied with, this contempt petition can be closed, accordingly, it is closed. 29.11.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No vji 2/4
