ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 05.03.2021 passed by this Court in W.P. No.5158 of 2021.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the aforesaid order passed by this Court has been complied with. In support of the said submission, he also furnished a statement showing the various amounts paid to the petitioner. For ready reference, the said statement is scanned below: However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that some more amounts are still due to the petitioner.

If the petitioner has got any grievance qua the quantum of amount paid to him, it is open to him to work out his remedies in the manner known to law and this contempt jurisdiction is not the proper forum in regard thereto.
