This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in respect of the impugned order of the 2nd respondent dated 27.10.2012 and made in Rc.No.15804/2012/PA2 and quash the same and direct the respondent to give notional promotion to the petitioner in the cadre of Assistant from the date of his juniors promotion i.e., from the year of 2002 and consequential promotion as Deputy Block Development Officer in the year 2009 i.e., on the date of his junior promotion and all other service and monetary benefits in accordance with law.

2. When the matter was listed on 03.07.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 06.07.2023 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 06.07.2023, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 2/4
