ORDER

This writ petition has been filed with a bald allegation that certain malpractices and misappropriation of the village panchayat funds are said to have been committed by the President and Secretary of the village panchayat, the third and fourth respondents herein. This Court, after finding no merits in the writ petition to order notice, asked the learned counsel for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner to specify the malpractices alleged against the third and fourth respondents, he is not able to mention either the malpractice or to what extent the loss has been caused. That shows that the petitioner with a vested interest has come to this Court taking a chance to wreak vengeance against the third and fourth respondents. When this Court was inclined to impose costs on the petitioner for filing the petition with a bald allegation, the learned counsel requested this Court not to impose costs.
