Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the concerned records pertaining to the Award passed by the second respondent in ID.No.64 of 2012 dated 08.05.2014 quash the same and direct the first respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with backwages, continuity of service with all attendant benefits.
