2. This petition is filed to bring the petitioners 1 to 6 as legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant in S.A.No.49 of 2019 and array them as appellants 2 to 7 in the Second Appeal.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also filed his legalheir certificate in support of petitioner's claim. Considering the fact that the sole appellant died after the disposal of the First Appeal and the petitioners are the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant Nachammal, this petition is allowed. Petitioners are ordered to be impleaded as appellants 2 to 7 in the Second Appeal.

4. The Registry is directed to make necessary amendments in the memorandum of appeal.
