Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent with regard to the selection to the post of Assistant Inspector of Sericulture published in the Internet pursuant to the notification issued by the second respondent in Advertisement No.1 of 1/4

2016 dated 13.01.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent herein to prepare a fresh selection list in accordance with the reservation policy and appoint the petitioner to the post of Assistant Inspector of Sericulture under the Scheduled Tribe Category. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the cause aroused for the purpose of filing the present writ petition did not exist as of now and he has also made an endorsement to the said effect.
