ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the respondent leading to the impugned order Ref.Sub Registrar Pro No.113/2014 dated 06.08.2014 dated 08.08.2014 and quash the same and direct the respondent to release the Sale Deed registered as Document No.3268 of 2014 on 27.02.2014.

2. It is noticed that after the present writ petition was filed by the petitioner, an order/notice came to be passed on 27.01.2015 under Section 47-A(1) of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, which precedes a decision to refer dated 29.10.2014 to the competent authority. The petitioner has challenged the notice dated 27.01.2015 in W.P.No.6623 of 2015, which is pending before this Court.

3. Considering the above, I am inclined to close this Writ Petition. However, I leave it open for the petitioner to canvass all its rights in the aforesaid proceedings.

4. This Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
