PRAYER:
Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the petitioners' representations dated 04.05.2018 regarding refixation of rent for extension of lease in respect of the shops run by the petitioners in the premises of Salem Bus Stand without interfering with the running of business. ORDER
The learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions with liberty to pursue the petitioners' request before the respondent and he has also made endorsements to that effect.
