(CRime No.1834/2020) PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 1st respondent or the 2nd respondent to transfer the investigation pending on the file fo the respondent police in Cr.No.1834 of 2020 to any other independent agency at the earliest point of time as may be fixed by this hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation pending on the file of the respondent Police in Crime No.1834 of 2020, to some other independent agency.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the 3rd respondent has already completed the investigation and a final report has been filed against three accused persons before the learned Judicial Magistrate III, Coimbatore for an offence under Section 120 (b), 302, 449, 392, 397 and 109 IPC. Public Prosecutor further submitted that the final report is yet to be taken on filed by the committal Court. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the further development that has been taken place in this case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate III, Coimbatore, to act upon the final report filed by the respondent Police, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
