ORDER
WMP.No.24982 of 2026 has been filed to permit the petitioners to file a single writ petition. This petition is ordered on payment of single court fee. 2.
By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondents, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.
3. This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 1st
respondent to consider and dispose of the complaint submitted by Mrs. Kaveri dated 24.07.2024 in connection with Na.Ka.No.4728/ 2024/ A4 dated 14.11.2024 after affording sufficient opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties and in accordance with law..

It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is the daughter in law of Kaveri who has made a complaint before the first respondent under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act dated 24.07.2024 and the same is assigned as the proceedings dated 14.11.2024 which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.
5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Counsel and perused the materials placed on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.07.2024 and conclude the proceedings dated 14.11.2024 in Na.Ka.No.4728/2024/A3 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to the necessary parties. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
