Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned notice dated 01.10.2014 of the second respondent circulated through on line process for the purpose of conducting interview to the persons those who have applied for the post of Notary Public for Tamil Nadu and Puducherry from 10.10.2014 to 18.10.2014 at Chennai and quash the same and consequentially, direct the second respondent to conduct fresh interview to the petitioner based on the representation made by the petitioner to the second respondent on 28.10.2014.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the notice dated 01.10.2014 circulated by the second respondent through on-line, with regard to interview to the persons, who applied for the post of Notary Public for Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, scheduled to be held from 10.10.2014 to 18.10.2014 at Chennai, and consequently direct the second respondent to conduct fresh interview to the petitioner, based on his representation dated 28.10.2014.
2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the notification impugned herein, itself was of the year 2014 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication herein. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
