C.M.P.Nos.12807,12816and12819 of 2022 in S.A.No.1106 of 2003 G.ARUL MURUGAN , J., It is reported that in the Second Appeal, the sole appellant died.

2.The above petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 238 days in filing the petition to set aside abatement; to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 5, the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant and rank them as appellants 2 to 6 in the above appeal.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to allow these petitions.

4. Perused the affidavit in support of the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Accordingly, these CMPs are ordered as prayed for and delay is condoned.

5.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.
