Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner present and reported that she has received instructions from 2/4

the petitioner Union that the members of the Union have been shifted to the other Union, thereby, cause does not survive any more for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Hence, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and she has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
