O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.M. SUNDRESH,J.) The reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition seeking extension cannot be sustained in the eye of law.

2. Admittedly, the sister of the convict is married and she is living with her husband.

3. Thus, we do not find any reason to grant extension as sought for by the petitioner. However, considering the facts of the case, we direct the detenu/convict to report back to the prison by 05.12.2020 at 5.00 p.m. 2\4

Accordingly, the miscellaneous petition is closed. Post the matter 'for reporting compliance' on 07.12.2020. (M.M.S.J.) (D.K.K.J.) 03.12.2020 nv To 1.
