O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.10.2020 seeking no objection certificate to run Saloon, Beauty Parlour and Professional Ayurveda Massage in the name and style of "Beauty Mark" at No.51G, Ashar Nagar, Avinashi Road, Tiruppur District - 641 603 in the light of the license issued by the first respondent in License No.032/2020/01/010/0000275 dated 24.01.2020.

2. The petitioner, who is a certified beautician, was intended to run a Beauty Parlour and Professional Ayurveda Massage. She started a parlour for the same in the name and style of "Beauty Mark" at Tiruppur and also obtained licence from the first respondent in Licence No.032/2020/01/010/0000275 dated 24.01.2020. Though licence has been issued by the first respondent, as per rules, No Objection Certificate from the concerned police station, is also required. In this regard, the petitioner has made representations dated 16.10.2020 to the first and second respondents herein. So far, the representations have not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides and perused the materials placed before this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.10.2020, enquire into the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the persons interested in this regard and by affording them an opportunity of personal hearing or virtual hearing or otherwise, considering their written objections and after verifying the relevant documents, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
