Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Declaration declaring the entire tender process conducted by the 1st respondent in and under bid reference No.001/TAM/NA/2014 and the award of tenders to the 2nd respondent as illegal and contrary to tender conditions and consequentially to call for and conduct tenders afresh for all the items covered under the said bid reference.

The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition to declare the entire tender process conducted by the 1st respondent and the award of tenders to the 2nd respondent as illegal and for consequential direction.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
