Advocate appearing for the Respondent herein; and upon reading the petition and the affidavit of J.R.Ramamurthy, filed herein; the Court made the following order:

"The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted the proceedings of the Chief Educational Officer dated 21.12.2021. It is seen that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the approval has been granted for the appointment of seven non-teaching staffs. As a consequence, the respondent is directed to take steps to disburse the grant in aid towards salary and allowances of these non-teaching staffs. This process shall be completed within a period of 4 weeks. This Sub Application is accordingly closed."
