PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 2nd respondent to take action and to issue non-traceable certificate in respect of lost original documents on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 10.11.2020.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent Police to issue a non traceable certificate to the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 10.11.2020.

2.Heard Mr.R.Thirumoorthy learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent shall enquire into the complaint given by the petitioner and in the event of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Page numbers

the original documents not being able to be traced, a non traceable certificate shall be issued to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

4.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
