This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the V Addl. Family Court Judge, Chennai to expedite the trial in MC.No.417 of 2018 and complete the same within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned V Addl. Family Court Judge, Chennai to expedite the trial in MC.No.417 of 2018 and complete the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
