O R D E R
Learned counsel for the respondents states that there is no contest on the existence and validity of the arbitration clause, but on
merits of the case in terms of what he has stated in the counteraffidavit. 2.I, thus, appoint Mrs.Geeta Ramaseshan, Advocate, having office at No.111 A, High Court Chambers, Mob.No: 9840277836, as the Sole Arbitrator to enter upon the reference and adjudicate the disputes inter se the parties. As requested by the learned counsel for parties, the arbitration proceedings will be conducted under the aegis of the Madras High Court Arbitration Centre and the parties will be governed by the Rules of the Centre. 3.The original petition is, accordingly, allowed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
