The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in Crime No. Not known of 2023 under Sections 323 and 506(ii) of IPC, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant, FIR in Crime No.350 of 2023 was registered.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition indicating the Crime Number and legal provisions.
