Learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record the order dated 06.08.2025 passed by the Arbitrator who has recorded the memo filed by the petitioner / claimant seeking permission for withdrawal of the arbitral proceedings. Since the claim has been settled, the arbitrator has also recorded the memo and has closed the arbitral proceedings by its order dated 06.08.2025 referred to supra.
2. Since the arbitral proceedings which is the subject matter of this petition has been closed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
