ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2022 for seeking the petitioner's mother's family pension.

2. According to the petitioner, her mother till her death on 05.08.2021, was receiving pension of Rs.3,415/-. The petitioner is unmarried daughter and dependent of her mother, she is entitled to get the family pension as other sisters and brother has given a no objection. Hence, the petitioner made a representation to the first respondent 15.09.2022 seeking her mother's family pension which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this petition.

3. Since, the prayer is limited seeking for a direction, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.09.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
