ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11431 of 2025, dated 23.04.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and that the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11431 of 2025, dated 23.04.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on Tuesday of every week at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
