2. These writ petitions have been filed seeking to forbear the respondents from evicting the petitioners from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respective shops without due process of law.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submits that respondents 1 to 3 have already laid a channel without causing any disturbance to the petitioners, that they do not have proposal to evict the petitioners now and that if any necessity arises, they would follow the procedure at the time of evicting the petitioners.
4. In the light of the above submission, this Court is of the opinion that no further adjudication is required.
5. Hence, recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate, the above writ petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected MPs are also closed.
