PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent made in Na.Ka.No.18270/A4/E3/2020 dated 03.11.2020 and quash the same consequently direct the respondents to include the petitioner's name in the Final Panel for promotion to the post of Assistant from Junior Assistant working in School Education Department.
