Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition Order imposed on the petitioner by this Hon'ble High Court in Crl.O.P.No.12806 of 2021 dated 29/07/2021 (ie) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the case against the petitioner in Crime.No.698 of 2021 on the file of Inspector of Police, Tiruppur North Police Station, Tiruppur has ended in acquittal. Hence, he seeks permission of this court to withdraw this petition.
