ORDER

This matter is listed before this Court for recording compromise entered between the parties, which was arrived before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras.

2. The Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, has sent a report stating that the mediation between the parties got completed and also enclosed a joint memo of compromise. As per the terms of the joint memo of compromise entered into between the parties, the revision petitioner agreed to withdraw the revision. The compromise memo dated 20.12.2022 signed by both the revision petitioner and the respondent and also the respective counsel, is recorded. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of joint memo of compromise. The joint memo of compromise shall form part of the order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
