This Criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.05.2021 and transfer the case in Crime No.395 of 2020 from the Rishivandhyam police station to any other agency.

Heard Mr.D.Jagadeesan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report or the closure report as the case may be within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
