ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 4 to issue orders, approving the appointment of the petitioner, Miss.M.Mariya Praveena, working as Secondary Grade Assistant in the 5th respondent R.C.Aided Elementary School, T.Palur Road, Udayarpalayam Taluk, Jayankondam - 621 802, Ariyalur District w.e.f 14.06.2023 and release salary, with all service and monetary benefits.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.

3. The fifth respondent School is a minority educational institution governed under Article 30(1) of Constitution of India. The petitioner was appointed as Secondary Grade Assistant, by an order dated 08.05.2023 in the fifth respondent School in the vacancy arising out of the retirement of one A.Susila. It is a regular sanctioned post with Grant-in-Aid from the Government. After appointment of the petitioner, the fifth respondent had sent a proposal for approval of her appointment. So far it is not considered and it is pending on the file of the third respondent.

In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to pass an order on the proposal sent by the fifth respondent for approval of the petitioner's appointment to the post of Secondary Grade Assistant Teacher in the fifth respondent School, with effect from 14.06.2023, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
