ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The allegation of the petitioner is that encroachments on Odai poromboke have been put up by the private respondents in Survey No.130/9, Kollur Village, Thirukoilur Taluk, Villupuram District.

2. No counter affidavit has been filed.

3. We, thus, direct the fourth respondent/Tahsildar to cause an inspection to be made within one month of the receipt of the order and submit a report to the third respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer. The third respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, in case such encroachment is found, will take action in accordance with law, after notice to all concerned, within a maximum period of three months thereafter.
