ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2014.

2.According to the petitioner, he joined the respondent Corporation as a security in the year 1998, and after rendering the service of 26 years, he retired from service on 30.11.2014. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been paid the terminal benefits, and the same delayed for the years together. Therefore, he made a representation dated 17.10.2014 to the respondent requesting to settle his retirement benefits along with interest at 18% p.a. since no action was forthcoming, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Heard both sides and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4.Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2014 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
