These petitions are listed under the caption 'for being mentioned' today. This Court, on 25.10.2016, appointed Justice K.Suguna to act as sole Arbitrator in the matter. Pursuant to the demise of the aforesaid arbitrator, the parties request that an alternate Arbitrator be appointed. On consent expressed by both parties, Selvi R.Sujatha, Retired District Judge, No.B/88, 6th Street, Periyar Nagar, Chennai 600 082, Phone: 90941 11324, is appointed as sole Arbitrator to enter reference and adjudicate disputes inter se the parties. She may, after issuing notice to the parties and upon hearing them, pass an award as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the order. The learned Arbitrator is at liberty to fix her remuneration and other incidental expenses that shall be borne by both parties equally.
