With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 11.04.2024 and survey the Petitioner's land in old S.No. 154/2 and New S.No. 652/ 3 to the extent of 0.85 cents situated at Valavanthi Nadu Village, Kolli Hills Taluk, Namakkal District.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that he had purchased the subject property by way of a registered sale deed dated 13.11.2015 and doing agriculture in the said land. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has made an online application on 11.04.2024 by paying necessary fees for surveying his property, the respondents have not considered the same. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 2/4

11.04.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
