(Heard through video conferencing) The matter is posted today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in paragraphs 6 and 8 of the order dated 19.01.2021, instead of the words "metered service connection", it has been typed as "temporary service connection" and the same may be rectified and fresh order copy may be issued.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents/Electricity Board has no objection for making the above rectification.

4. In view of the above submissions, Para Nos. 6 and 8 of the order dated 19.01.2021 stands deleted, instead, the below mentioned paragraphs are ordered to be substituted as Para Nos. 6 and 8 of the order dated 19.01.2021, as follows:- "6. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted before this Court that the process of purchasing a land and gift the same to the Electricity Board will take some time and hence, he requested that "metered service connection" may be given to the 232 dwelling units. Pursuant to such submission, this Court directed the petitioner to file an affidavit to that effect. 1/3

8. Recording the above undertaking the respondents are directed to provide "metered service connection" to the 340 dwelling units as mentioned in the supplementary affidavit, dated 11.01.2021 within a period of two weeks on filing of on-line application by each of the occupants of the dwelling unit. Further, as per the above undertaking, the petitioner is directed to handover the "identified land" to the respondents on or before 01.07.2021. If the petitioner fails to hand over the "identified land" within the stipulated time, the respondents are at liberty to dis-connect all the service connections as agreed by the petitioner in the affidavit of undertaking."

5. In all other respects, the order dated 19.01.2021 passed in Contempt Petition No. 1081 of 2020 shall remain unaltered. Registry is directed to carry out the above corrections in the paragraphs 6 and 8 in the order dated 19.01.2021 and issue fresh order copy forthwith. [R.P.S., J] [S.S.K., J] pvs 08.02.2021 2/3
