This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to permit the petitioner exempting her to pay the balance Court fee of Rs.18,000/- in the C.M.A.SR.No.83230 of 2020.

2. Ms.M.Malar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed the above C.M.A.SR.No.83230 of 2020 for enhancement of compensation and filed the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition for exemption of Court fee of Rs.18,000/- in the above mentioned C.M.A.SR.No.83230 of 2020. The learned counsel would further submit that since no amount was deposited, she seeks for exemption of court fee for the present and she has undertaken to pay the Court fee at later stage.

4. Considering her submissions and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, exempting the petitioner to pay the Court fee, at present, with a direction to pay the same at later stage.
